Welcome to ActiveSport. These terms apply to orders placed through activesportkw.com. Please review the product details, selected size and color, delivery information, and total before completing your order.
Products and availability
Product colors, sizes, prices, and availability are shown on the product page. The color and size you select are the items added to your order. Images may appear slightly different depending on your screen. If an item cannot be supplied after an order is placed, we will contact you to resolve it.
Prices and payment
All prices are displayed in Kuwaiti dinars (KWD). The checkout shows the product total, delivery charge, and final amount before payment. Available payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Delivery
ActiveSport currently delivers within Kuwait. Please enter an accurate address and phone number so we can arrange delivery. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We may contact you if we need further directions or if a delivery issue arises.
Pre-orders
All products are offered on a pre-order basis when available for purchase. Delivery takes 7-10 days. If an item cannot be supplied, we will contact you.
Returns and exchanges
Please contact us with your order number within 3 days of delivery to request an exchange if the size does not fit or you would prefer another design. Any price difference will be collected or refunded. The customer pays a 1.5 KWD delivery charge for exchange collection and delivery.
Please contact us within 24 hours of delivery to request a return. Once we receive the item, we will inspect its condition before processing a refund. Where permitted by law, the 1.5 KWD charge for a completed delivery service is deducted from the refund.
Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached. We inspect every returned item before completing an exchange or refund.
These contact times are our standard arrangement process. They do not shorten or exclude any return or exchange rights under Kuwait consumer protection law, including the applicable 14-day period from the purchase date shown on the invoice. Defective or incorrect items will be handled in accordance with those rights.
